Refund Policy
Zenith Motion is a mock storefront. It exists so developers can build against realistic commerce data. Nothing here is a real shop: no order can be placed, no payment can be taken, and no goods will ship. The policy below describes what such a store would commit to, and is published so the storefront is complete — not because there is a transaction for it to govern.
Returns
Zenith Motion cannot take an order, so it can never owe a refund. Its checkout is a mock: it takes no payment and places no order.
A real store operating this policy would accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for items unused and in their original packaging, and would provide a return address with the return authorisation rather than expecting the customer to find one.
Refunds
A refund would be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return being received and inspected, and the customer would be notified either way.
Damaged or incorrect items
A store operating this policy would replace a damaged or incorrect item at its own cost, without requiring the original to be returned first.
